Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and ChatGPT Ads. Set bids and budgets, implement conversion tracking and pixels, monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and create custom reports. Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers on landing pages and advertising strategies. The role requires strong analytics, reporting, writing, WordPress, and independent-work skills.
Overview
Corporate Tools is looking for someone who can tell when the numbers are hiding something. You'll work across Google Ads and related search, video, and display platforms, setting up campaigns, lead magnets, and tracking pixels before digging into the results to see what's actually going on. A dashboard full of numbers is nice, but knowing which ones matter, why they matter, and what to do about them is where things get interesting.
Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager should already be familiar territory. WordPress and Matomo Analytics experience are a plus. You'll analyze campaign performance, optimize what's underperforming, and use your findings to decide what happens next. In other words, we need someone who can do more than point at a chart and announce that the line went up.
You'll report to the PPC Manager and work alongside our existing PPC Specialists across a collection of brands, including new launches. Different brands mean different challenges, different data, and plenty of opportunities to uncover what's working beneath the surface. If figuring out not just what happened but why, you'll have plenty to dig into.

Why Work Here
Ever look at a perfectly innocent-looking spreadsheet and suspect it's hiding something? Good. We need that kind of suspicion. You'll get to investigate campaigns across a whole lineup of brands, hunt down the numbers that refuse to behave, and uncover the little details that can make a surprisingly big difference. There's a lot to explore, plenty to figure out, and absolutely no shortage of things to poke with a proverbial stick. If making sense of beautiful data chaos sounds like your idea of a good time, welcome aboard.
