The Power Platform Developer II will design and develop scalable solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, optimize integrations, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with stakeholders.
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Power Platform Developer II to join our development team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with solid experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This position emphasizes technical development, integration, and solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
- Implement integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and external systems via APIs and custom connectors.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize performance, usability, and maintainability of Power Platform solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Contribute to solution architecture and lifecycle management using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, relational data modeling, and ALM practices.
- Experience with solution packaging, environment management, and governance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (computer science, information technology, etc.) from a regionally accredited institution
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent.
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to Power BI and data visualization is a plus.
