The Opportunity
As a Pharma & MedTech End-to-End Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.
In this role, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end supply chain optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyzing client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions
- Collaborating with clients to implement technology and data analytics for a connected and agile supply chain network
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of operational strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Utilizing supply chain management software to enhance visibility and collaboration across the supply chain
- Managing budgetary and cost management aspects of supply chain projects to reduce costs and increase responsiveness
- Providing strategic input and coaching to teams to solve complex supply chain challenges
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine supply chain strategies
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain operations
- Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations, maintaining composure and focus on achieving project goals
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science
- Demonstrating advanced skills in supply chain transformation and optimization
- Utilizing strategic sourcing and procurement to enhance operational efficiency
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address complex supply chain challenges
- Leading teams through ambiguity and uncertainty with composure and clarity
- Excelling in crafting and conveying impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to drive improvements
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
