The Personal Lines Account Manager manages insurance clients, handling inquiries, renewals, and ensuring service efficiency. Responsible for fostering client relationships and processing necessary paperwork.

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Southborough, MA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide back-up support on all PL workflows to the account management team on an add needed basis including:
- Enter and maintain accurate client information into agency management system
- Generate Binders and Evidence of Insurance
- Learn and assist with MA registry forms and processes
- Manage assorted administrative tasks related to pl account maintenance
- Partner with our account managers to assist and follow up on personal lines processing tasks
- Assist with various personal lines policy changes
- Provide back up to front office administrative team on as as needed basis
- Actively engage in learning; study industry trends
- Seek out self-directed learning to increase industry knowledge
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School degree
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate via phone or email
- Superior listening skills and ability to probe customer needs and opportunities through question-based selling and retention techniques
- Self-directed with good decision making and time management skills
- Proficient PC skills; knowledge of insurance software including AMS360
- Knowledge of the MA Registry forms and procedures
