Create and rapidly test performance-driven video content for social gaming campaigns. Develop hooks, concepts, scripts, gameplay edits, creator footage, and AI-generated assets; analyze metrics such as hold rate, watch time, and click-through rate; iterate winning concepts across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other platforms; organize creative assets; and collaborate with User Acquisition and marketing teams to improve production workflows.

We are ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, one of the top Social+ platforms in the US. Founded in 2022, we've grown to nearly 200 team members and were named one of LinkedIn's 2025 Top 50 Startups in the United States. We move fast, think big, and love bold ideas that push boundaries (and buttons). From new rewards to fresh game mechanics, every challenge is a chance to innovate and have fun doing it. Our culture is collaborative, curious, and full of laughter because great ideas grow best between coffee, code, and a few epic high-fives.

As a leader in the social gaming space, we’re looking for a talented and versatile Performance Creative Producer to help bring our brand, games, and marketing campaigns to life through high-impact video content.

This role is AI-native by design. Not because AI makes the work for you, but because it collapses the distance between having an idea and finding out whether players care. We want someone who can go from a thought on Monday to a video in front of players on Tuesday, then use what they learn to make the next one better.

The Role

You'll turn rough ideas into finished video, fast. Less editing bay, more idea factory.

You'll develop hooks, shape concepts, write short scripts, cut gameplay and creator footage, generate what you need with AI, and get it in front of players quickly. When something lands, you'll build on it: a new hook, a different creator, a sharper version, a version built for another platform.

You'll work closely with our User Acquisition team, translate what's performing into your next round of ideas, and own the full cycle from first concept to final render. Since this role is new, you won’t be stepping into an established process. You’ll help define how the work gets done, what tools we use, and what a successful creative workflow looks like.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a rough idea and turn it into a testable video in days, not weeks.

  • Write hooks and short scripts, then build them out of gameplay, creator footage and AI-generated material.

  • Use AI video, image and voice tools, plus AI-assisted storyboarding, to try more ideas than a shoot-based process could allow.

  • Create rough video cuts quickly, focusing on testing the core idea rather than perfecting every detail.

  • Read how videos actually perform, including hold rate, watch time and click-through, and let that shape what you make next.

  • Take winners and push them further: new hooks, new creators, higher production value, and platform-native versions for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.

  • Keep the video library organized and tagged so we can see patterns, not just individual results.

  • Work closely with UA and our marketing video editors so everyone is pointed at the same questions each week.

  • Drive social media content production and viral content creation, staying ahead of trends across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.

  • Help us find better, faster ways of working as this grows.

Who Will Love This Job
  • You can have an idea in the morning and a finished video by the end of the day.

  • You'd rather make ten things and find out which one lands than spend a month perfecting one.

  • You're curious about why something worked, not just satisfied that it looks good.

  • You see AI as a way to try more things, not a substitute for your own judgment.

  • You know what makes short-form video feel right, from the opening seconds to caption placement, and you can make those decisions quickly.

  • You're into gaming, internet culture and trends, and you want to make things players actually choose to watch.

  • You want fast feedback and close collaboration, not months alone in a timeline.

Requirements
  • 3+ years editing video or producing content, ideally in gaming, entertainment or performance marketing.

  • Fluent with AI tools for video, image and voice generation

  • Experience making video for paid social or other performance-driven channels, and comfort with platform specs across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and the like.

  • You generate your own ideas, hooks and scripts rather than waiting for someone else's brief.

  • Comfortable reading basic performance numbers and using them to decide what to make next.

  • A real eye for pacing, timing and openings, and the judgment to know when something isn't working.

  • Able to run several projects at once without losing quality or speed.

  • Experience with sound editing, royalty-free music libraries and basic color correction.

  • Bonus: you understand casino and gaming aesthetics and what gets players excited.

  • This role can be fully remote or hybrid, with the option to work 2–3 days per week from our Miami or NYC office.

Your portfolio

Send work, not a list of tools. We want to see three things:

  • Something polished that you're proud of.

  • Something you made fast, and roughly how fast.

  • Something that performed well, and your read on why it did.

If AI played a part in any of it, tell us where and what problem you were solving. We're more interested in the decision than the tool.

So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
