We’re looking for someone who brings a hospitality mindset to work every day; someone who believes that exceptional environments don’t happen by accident, and that people do their best work when they feel genuinely cared for. You’ll be anticipating needs, setting tone, and delivering an experience that feels thoughtful, warm, and quietly world-class.
This is a role with real ownership from day one. You’ll run fast, learn quickly, and help define what “great” looks like; with a path to grow into People, Operations, Recruiting or another function as the company scales.
What You’ll DoYou’ll own and elevate the day-to-day experience of being in our office — for employees, candidates, and guests — we’re setting standards inspired by 3-star Michelin service and the philosophy of unreasonable hospitality.
At a high level, you will:
Be the primary steward of the in-office experience, culture, and hospitality
Create an environment where employees feel welcomed, supported, and proud to bring others
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and partners — setting the tone from the moment they arrive
Design and run thoughtful onsite moments: team events, rituals, celebrations, and gatherings
Own the operational details that make the office feel seamless (food, coffee, vendors, space, flow, company swag)
Coordinate onsite events and executive/team travel as needed
Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and partners supporting the office
Anticipate needs, solve problems before they’re visible, and sweat the details others overlook
Partner closely with leadership on special projects related to people and operations; including things like Company All-Hands, or other corporate communications.
