Job Summary 🧾

You will be responsible for managing HR system data, policies, and professional service providers. Additionally, tasks involved improving dashboards, analyzing data for insights, creating reports, managing benefits platforms, processing invoices, and recommending improvements.

Your mission?

As a People Operations Analyst, you will help the people ops department to analyse, audit, and improve our process. 

Focusing on managing and improving our global and local benefits, policies, and guidelines. As well you will be enhancing our People Success Dashboard to make business recommendations or find process improvements


What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠

  • Improve our people success dashboard
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns with HR data to make business recommendations and process improvement
  • Develop reports and dashboards  monthly, quarterly and yearly
  • Manage the external benefits platforms and handle renewals 
  • Receive and analyze the benefit invoices
  • Request invoices payment
  • Keep the benefits information update in our HR system
  • Quarterly usage report of our global and local benefits
  • Analysed other benefits options by making a business case demonstrating the impact
  • Keep updated our job structure in our HR system
  • Receive and approve organisational changes in our HR System
  • Manage our Professional services providers
  • Created and implemented company policies
  • Support our PSP with accurate information and advice

Job Requirements?💻

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR Analytics  roles managing multiple countries  (ideally Mexico, Brazil & US)
  • 3- 4 years of knowledge and experience in administering global benefits  with an understanding of local labor, and mandatory government laws (ideally Mexico, Brazil & US)
  • Experience working autonomously on projects and without explicit direction at times
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and on multiple priorities
  • Expert level MS Excel and usage of a visualisation tool
  • Excellent English speaking & writing skills.
