Introduction
The People Experience Associate helps create meaningful experiences that strengthen connection, belonging, and culture at iRobot. This role supports employee engagement, onboarding, office experiences, community programs, and select Executive Team administrative needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and enjoys bringing ideas and experiences to life.What You Will Do: Employee Onboarding & Integration- Create and maintain onboarding materials for new hires and visiting global employees.
- Partner with leaders to deliver welcoming and effective onboarding experiences.
- Develop resources that help employees navigate the office, local area, and company culture.
- Coordinate visits from global team members, ensuring office readiness, technology setup, and a positive experience.
- Support onboarding events, site orientations, and employee activities that encourage in-person connection and collaboration.
- Help create engaging office experiences that strengthen culture and community.
- Coordinate and host tours of the iRobot museum for schools, community groups, and visitors.
- Partner with internal teams and volunteers to deliver welcoming and educational experiences.
- Maintain tour schedules, materials, and processes.
- Provide ad hoc support to Executive Team members, including travel coordination, meeting logistics, and special projects.
- Assist with executive visitors and other time-sensitive coordination needs.
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, HR, events, hospitality, or community programs.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Warm, proactive, and people-oriented.
- Comfortable working with employees, leaders, and external visitors.
- Passionate about culture, employee experience, and creating meaningful connections.
- Excited to work on-site full time.
