People Business Partner, Director

Nasuni is a profitable, growing SaaS data infrastructure company reinventing enterprise file storage and data management in an AI-driven world.. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are expanding our People Team to better support our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This new role will focus on driving strategic HR support and partnership across our customer-facing functions to foster a high-performance, high-engagement culture.

As the People Business Partner, Director you will...

  1. Strategic Business Partner: Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, aligning talent strategy with business goals through organizational design, leadership coaching, and team development.
  2. Talent Planning and Performance Enabling: Lead core talent programs including performance management, promotions, internal mobility, and succession planning, while partnering with leaders to address skill gaps and support career growth.
  3. Employee Experience and Engagement: Champion Nasuni’s culture by driving initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, employee engagement, inclusive leadership, and recognition practices aligned to company values.
  4. Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness: Oversee people-side planning for major business changes, equipping managers with communication and transition support, and acting as a connector between leadership and employees.
  5. Employee Relations and Risk Mitigation: Manage employee relations matters with fairness and compliance, providing policy, performance, and conflict resolution guidance while ensuring adherence to employment laws.
  6. People Analytics and Insights: Monitor and report on key people metrics, turning data into actionable insights for GTM leadership, and partnering with People Ops to continuously improve reporting accuracy and value.

Required skills + experience we look for are...

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years supporting Sales, Marketing, or GTM organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with C-level and VP-level leaders in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative, data-driven mindset.
  • Proven success in building and scaling HR programs in a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and compliance requirements; international experience a plus.

It’s an added bonus if you have...

  • Previous experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams and high-velocity marketing functions in enterprise SaaS or B2B technology companies.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools, sales methodology, and comp structures.
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Lattice, and HRIS platforms such as ADP or UKG.
