The Payroll Analyst processes payroll for US and international employees, manages payroll inquiries, conducts audits, and prepares reconciliations.

The RoleThe Payroll Analyst will be responsible for processing payroll for US employees as well our smaller International offices. The Analyst will be part of highly cross functional and collaborative team that sits within the Human Resources Department.Your Impact- Processing Weekly Expense Payroll and Non-Exempt Payroll.
- Having exposure to International Payroll.
- Managing and distribution of Payroll/Fax inbox.
- Preparation of Payroll Cash Reconciliations.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
- Conducting regular audits on payroll procedures and records.
- Answering employees’ questions about salaries and tax.
- Staying up to date on state and federal payroll and tax laws.
- Participating in departmental ad-hoc projects.
- Associates Degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience in Payroll.
- Proficient with ADP Workforce Now.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Microsoft Excel and report writing tools.
- Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively with internal customers.
