Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Product Manager - Vice President with a strong technical background in product and project management. The candidate will oversee the cash management products journey (from specification and launching to day to day support), ensuring they align with market demands and regulatory standards. This role is critical to strengthen the bank's positioning in the corporate payments landscape, ensuring scalability, compliance, and innovation in cash management products.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Product Vision and Strategy:
    • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, with a focus on transactional products.
    • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and risk management strategies.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and technology partners.
    • Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
    • Partner with technology teams to ensure scalable architecture, robust integration and adherence to global tech standards.
  3. Customer and Market Engagement:
    • Actively gather and prioritize customer requirements and market needs.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
  4. Product Development and Launch:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
    • Ensure high-quality documentation and support for client integration journeys.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement changes to optimize product performance and user experience.
    • Monitor product performance based on user feedback and data analytics.
  6. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure that payment products comply with local regulations and industry standards.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt products accordingly.
  7. Support and Training:
    • Provide support and training to sales teams and customer service representatives.
    • Address customer inquiries and issues related to payment products.
  8. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
    • Encourage the exploration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance payment solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of Proven experience as a Product Manager, particularly with transactional products (cash management).
  • Strong technical background in payment systems, APIs and infrastructure or understanding of API-based integrations and payment file processing.
  • Solid experience with B2B or corporate banking products.
  • Familiarity w/ escrow account structures, Siscomex operations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT protocols, ISO 20022 messaging standards and CNAB file layouts.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
