Location: Southbridge, MA - Outpatient Treatment Center (Court mandated programs)
Schedule: Tuesday, 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Pay rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hour
The P.A.V.E. ("Prevention of Abuse and Violence through Education") Program Counselor is responsible for:
- Providing quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies

Performs intake assessments and completes all associated documentation within required time frames
- Provides group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained
Qualifications:
- LADC I or CADAC certification preferred.
- Certification for IPAEP
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
