The Parts & Sales Representative is responsible for driving parts revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on proactive field sales, consultative customer engagement, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure customers receive the right parts solutions to support uptime and performance. This position owns territory sales execution while serving as a key liaison between customers, inside sales, and parts support teams.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $62,000.00 - $93,000.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $0.01.

What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow parts sales within an assigned geographic territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new accounts
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits to understand customer operations and parts needs
- Promote parts programs, pricing, specials, and value-added solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, pricing, and proposals in alignment with company guidelines
- Partner with Inside Parts Sales, Service and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer support
- Act as a point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and issues resolutions
- Communicate customer needs, demand trends, and feedback to internal teams
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity within the territory
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and forecasts in CRM and internal systems
- Track and report sales performance and pipeline activity
- Ensure sales documentation and customer data are accurate and complete
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics

Who You Are:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in a related field.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
Preferred:
- Outside or field sales experience, preferably in parts, automotive, fleet, heavy duty, or related industries
- Experience selling truck, trailer, diesel, or fleet-related parts
- Knowledge of dealership or fleet service operations
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage sales territory independently and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile sales tools
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
