Lead complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through adoption. Build integrated plans, manage scope/budget/risks, produce executive-ready status narratives, drive stakeholder alignment, and implement PMO standards. Lead workforce management operations and analytics for multi-brand contact center portfolio. Manage WFM and real-time teams, forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, intraday operations, and WFM technology optimization (Genesys, Intradiem). Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, reporting, and stakeholder partnerships to meet service levels and business objectives.

Provide high-volume inbound/outbound customer support during evening and overnight hours; document contacts, originate and assign service transactions, coordinate towing and vendor scheduling, support dispatching, and maintain professional customer rapport.

Deliver onsite and virtual product training and consulting to dealer clients across assigned domains (DMS, Fixed Ops, Retail). Complete domain certifications, customize curricula, troubleshoot product issues, document training in Salesforce, manage travel and expenses, support product development and internal training, and keep up with automotive trends to drive product adoption.

Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion. Develop Customer Success Plans, run QBRs, monitor health and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, support renewals, maintain CRM and success documentation, and contribute to playbooks and process improvements.

Lead technical discovery and design of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, align solutions to business outcomes, support sales throughout the cycle, ensure security/compliance, design networking/connectivity, and coordinate public cloud specialists for deeper scoping.
