Provides remote technical customer support for Dealertrack DMS Fixed Ops products through phone, email, and other channels. Troubleshoots product and system issues, answers usage questions, documents cases in CRM systems, meets support service-level goals, manages multiple tickets, follows up with customers, and coordinates with internal teams. Requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and overtime, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Provides technical customer support for Dealertrack Dealer Management Software. Troubleshoots client issues, analyzes dealership transaction documents, configures and codes forms, adds data bindings, resolves validation and calculation errors, documents cases, manages escalations, and maintains client relationships. The role requires phone-based support, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, schedule flexibility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of JavaScript and Dealertrack DMS is preferred.

Generates new revenue for Xtime by selling automotive dealership software solutions within an assigned territory. Consults with dealership decision-makers, identifies needs, recommends and demonstrates product packages, negotiates pricing, closes sales, and manages customer relationships. Partners with outside sales managers and internal teams, maintains Salesforce records, forecasts pipeline activity, develops sales plans, and achieves recurring revenue and sales targets.

Leads strategic process-improvement initiatives across digital marketplace operations. Maps current and future-state processes, conducts data analysis, develops business cases, manages improvement roadmaps, and oversees cross-functional project delivery. Partners with finance, analytics, and business stakeholders to influence priorities, implement changes, measure outcomes, and improve adoption. Requires strong communication, process design, executive presentation, and change-management skills.

Administer and improve Workday and multi-platform HR security, including role-based access, security groups, access reviews, request approvals, audit support, governance documentation, and compliance controls. Evaluate elevated access requests, identify risks, resolve routine issues, coordinate remediation, and escalate complex decisions. Partner with HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to strengthen policies, processes, and least-privilege access across Workday, Peakon, UKG, Prism, and HR data platforms.

Leads an instructional design team and oversees learning strategy, curriculum development, and delivery across Cox Automotive. Partners with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, prioritize investments, manage learning portfolios, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended solutions. Drives innovation using learning technologies and AI-enabled practices, measures program effectiveness, manages resources and priorities, and develops a high-performing team focused on business impact and continuous improvement.
