Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients by building C-suite relationships, driving revenue expansion and retention, leading multi-year services engagements, aligning cloud and managed services solutions to business outcomes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and serving as the single executive accountability for account strategy, forecasting, risk mitigation, and issue escalation.
