The Role: Join Recorded Future as our first-ever Partner Training & Enablement Specialist and lay the foundation for a scalable, role-based partner training function. In this newly created role, you’ll design and deliver impactful learning experiences that equip our partners to sell, deploy, and support our Intelligence Operations Platform with confidence. Your work will bring clarity and consistency to how we train partners—supporting the launch of our new partner portal and driving the next phase of ecosystem growth.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Design and build scalable e-learning content tailored to partner roles and objectives
  • Develop role-based learning paths to support onboarding, certification, and ongoing enablement
  • Maintain training assets across LMS and partner portal platforms
  • Partner with internal teams to align content to product updates, roadmap shifts, and use cases
  • Track training adoption and gather feedback to improve learning outcomes
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person enablement sessions in collaboration with SEs and partner leads

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, instructional design, or training—must have prior experience in a SaaS environment; cybersecurity experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to build content from scratch, including SCORM-compliant e-learning
  • Experience with LMS platforms, training tools (e.g., Articulate), and video editing software
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and role-based competency models
  • Strong collaboration skills across Enablement, Product, and Partner teams
  • A builder mindset with a passion for creating engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences
