As an SMB Partner Success Manager, you will focus on driving client success, net property and book growth, and retention. You will identify opportunities within existing client portfolios and ensure our smaller, but equally important, partners receive tailored solutions and exceptional service. You will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and play a key role in helping clients achieve their goals through Zillow’s platform.
You Will Get To
- Become an expert in Zillow Rentals Network products and services
- Make approximately 40 calls per day to increase participation from multifamily rental management companies
- Use Salesforce.com and Salesloft to prospect, log activity, and manage your calendar and opportunities
- Clearly communicate performance expectations to clients and internal teams
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue, retention, and activity-based KPIs
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers through high-level conversations and presentations via Zoom and phone
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Zillow Group, representing the interests of the company, advertisers, and industry partners
- Represent the voice of the customer to influence product, marketing, and sales process improvements
1+ years of experience in inside sales doing business-to-business sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics
High energy, personable, and positive “can-do” attitude
Strong ownership and ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
A passion for high-level conversations with decision-makers and influencers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Tableau, and CRM tools such as Salesforce
Experience with data analytics tools, including Google Analytics
