Job Description

Overview of the position:

As a Partner Operations Specialist at Scaled Agile, Inc., you'll be instrumental in optimizing our partner program's effectiveness and efficiency. You'll dive into streamlining and creating partner processes and support documentation, ensuring seamless partner interactions, like onboarding, and managing crucial partner data to track performance metrics and generate insightful reports. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the program based on partner feedback and industry trends. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to manage the partner journey from onboarding to offboarding for partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed, including access to SAFe certification materials.

  • Administer partner agreements, including contract management, compliance, and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of partner information, agreements, and key performance metrics related to Partner billings.

  • Work closely with the Partner Program Director to develop and implement operational processes that enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.

  • Monitor partner performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to team members and other parts of the organization 

  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team and Regional teams and act as a point of contact for partners regarding operational inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize partner processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment with partner program goals and SAFe Professional and Enterprise initiatives.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure partner compliance with program requirements and SAFe principles.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall partner program's effectiveness and growth.

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in partner operations, channel management, or a similar role within the technology or training industry.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.

  • Proficiency in contract management and legal compliance.

  • Familiarity with partner management software, such as Salesforce.com or Thought Industries and tools is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and related certifications is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Compensation: Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The target salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
