Job DescriptionOverview of the position:
At Scaled Agile, we’re on a mission to accelerate business agility through our Partner ecosystem. Our Partner Program team works cross-functionally to equip Partners with the resources and communication needed to bring value to customers around the world.
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join the Partner Program team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in marketing operations, product communications, and cross-functional project coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Plan and track post-launch Partner enablement activities for new and existing product offerings.
Maintain a centralized communications tracking spreadsheet to log format (e.g., Pendo guides, videos) and channel (e.g., webinars) for Partner messaging.
Coordinate across teams—Product Marketing, Multimedia, and Partner Marketing—to align messaging and ensure visibility of go-to-market efforts.
Support logistics planning to ensure Partner-facing content is delivered clearly and on time.
Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to keep plans on track.
A successful candidate will have:
A current college student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communicationComfortable working in spreadsheets and tracking complex information
Able to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
Self-starter who’s excited to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work 40 hours a week, and commit of a term no less than 10 weeks
Bonus: Familiarity with Pendo, video content, or partner enablement practices

Compensation: Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly compensation for this role is $19.00 an hour.
