Commerce is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager with deep experience in working with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and ERP ecosystem partners to be responsible for creating and driving our marketing strategy and campaign execution with strategic Partners.

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will provide cross-functional leadership for partner-marketing and campaign-related activities. Working closely with sales and marketing leadership, you will oversee the marketing strategy, tactical execution, event management and collateral development to help deliver growth opportunities for your partners. You will serve as the primary marketing contact for our top technology partners and act as a trusted collaborator and leader to cross-functional peers.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic marketer and team player who can build, manage, and execute integrated marketing and lead generation campaigns across internal teams and strategic partner stakeholders to drive revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and ERP integration partners to strategize and execute campaigns both to and through partners including the ability to identify joint co-marketing opportunities and lead execution of campaigns through the partner channels

  • Define, build, and execute joint partner marketing GTM strategies and campaigns to drive net new BC merchants

  • Develop scalable marketing assets, campaigns, content, and engagement strategies to serve partners

  • Lead and skillfully project manage across a matrixed environment and maintain alignment with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Channel Sales to drive business strategies and operational goals

  • Develop, analyze, and deliver regular reporting and insight on partner, campaign and opportunity performance

  • Manage individual project budget tracking, and own forecasted return and performance projections across partner marketing activities

  • Champion our partners within Commerce to ensure we deliver a world-class partner experience

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of SaaS software/technology marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce, with at least 2+ years focused on partner marketing in the ERP and/or VAR ecosystem

  • 3+ years experience in strategic/tactical campaign management and event management to drive awareness and lead / qualified opportunity creation

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing, business or similar field preferred

  • Experienced Marketer with an amazing portfolio of partner campaigns that demonstrate deep understanding of account-based, field, and events marketing

  • Proven experience on cross-functional teams, creating success and instilling best practices

  • Ability to adapt through fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environments, while operating in a matrixed organization

  • Analytical with a high degree of business acumen, along with the ability to analyze marketing data and derive insights and opportunities

  • Good understanding of industry standard channel programs

  • An expert collaborator and communicator with excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, reporting, and client/partner relationship skills

  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills

(Pay Transparency Range- $84,000-$141,000)

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
