We are seeking an analytical problem-solver with exceptional interpersonal savvy and consultative skills with the proven ability to translate complex business and technical problems into simplified solutions. This person will have a critical seat at the table in developing efficient and scalable solutions. You are motivated by big growth opportunities that require large scale changes, are enthusiastic about solving ambiguous problems, and are eager to share your perspective and your knowledge with others

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize key business metrics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven insights

  • Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Continuously seek improvements in dashboard performance and automation for scalability and efficiency

  • Support the analytics team by documenting dashboards, queries, and best practices

  • Collaborate with Data Solutions and other technical teams to enhance workflows and share knowledge

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process improvement within the analytics team
     

Who You Are

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, preferably with experience using Tableau (or similar BI tools)

  • Proficient in SQL, with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets

  • A strong communicator, able to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and quality in all aspects of data work

  • Enthusiastic about learning new tools and techniques, and adapting to evolving business needs

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment

  • A problem-solver who can tackle ambiguity and work independently to deliver results

  • Familiarity with eCommerce or SaaS metrics is a plus

  • Exposure to Python or similar scripting languages is a plus, but not required

(Pay Transparency Range: $53,000-$88,000)

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
