About NexHealth

Our healthcare system remains frustratingly analog. When you live in a world of one-tap car rides, instant meal delivery, and unlimited streaming, why do you still have to call to schedule a doctor’s appointment and fill out a clipboard in the waiting room?

NexHealth’s mission is to accelerate innovation in healthcare by connecting patients, providers, and developers. We’re building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting thousands of fragmented, on-premise, and closed EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem.

  • Founded: 2017
  • Headquarters: San Francisco, CA
  • Funding: $177M Series C
  • Employees: 200+
  • Trusted by tens of thousands of providers and hundreds of health-tech developers — forging the infrastructure layer that modern healthcare needs

About the Role

As a Partner Manager, you’ll help turn NexHealth’s partner ecosystem into a repeatable growth engine. You’ll be the trusted owner of our most important channel and strategic partnerships, bring new partners into the program, and make sure every partnership delivers real results for practices, partners, and NexHealth. As the program grows, the playbooks and processes you shape will become the foundation it scales on.

What You’ll Do

  • Own key partner relationships – Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of channel, reseller, and strategic partners. Set joint goals, track milestones, and keep both sides accountable.
  • Find, pitch, and sign new partners – Source and close partners that serve large numbers of practices, including marketing agencies, IT and MSP firms, and industry consultants. Own a target tied to partners signed and partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Build and run partner enablement – Design and execute onboarding and enablement plans that get partners selling and supporting NexHealth effectively, partnering with RevOps on the processes behind them.
  • Drive partner projects end to end – Coordinate product, engineering, support, and leadership teams to deliver on partner commitments. Manage timelines, dependencies, and escalations so projects don’t stall.
  • Surface risks early – Keep a close eye on partner health and project progress, and raise risks and blockers before they turn into surprises.
  • Activate and engage partners – Partner with Marketing to drive activation and ongoing engagement, so new partners ramp faster, stay longer, and produce more.
  • Measure what matters – Track partner performance and pipeline contribution, and use what you learn to focus time and resources where they have the most impact.
  • Build the playbook – Document what works and improve partner processes and tooling so the program becomes more repeatable as it scales.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or account management, including work in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent technology.
  • A track record of signing new partners and hitting targets through partner channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives that involve both internal teams and external partners and seeing them through to completion.
  • The ability to manage a broad partner portfolio while going deep with your most strategic relationships, and sound judgment about where your time creates the most impact.
  • Clear, adaptable communication. You can align partner executives, internal leaders, and technical teams, and you surface misalignment early so decisions stick.
  • An ownership mindset. You follow through without reminders and stay candid with partners and colleagues in good moments and hard ones.
  • A builder’s approach. You’ve created or improved repeatable partner processes, and when a partnership underperforms, you dig into the root cause rather than the symptoms.
  • Genuine focus on the customer. You look for ways partnerships create real value for practices and their patients, not just pipeline.

Bonus Points For

  • Direct experience in healthcare SaaS, especially in dental, medical, or other practice-based markets.
  • Experience building or scaling a partner program in its early stages.
  • Familiarity with partner relationship management or CRM tools.

Compensation

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of commissions. Our Values

  • Solve the customer’s problems, not yours
When making decisions, think from the perspective of the customer. It’s easy to make decisions that make our lives simpler, but not the customers.
  • Do the things others are not willing to do
As a Nexer, always go after the hardest problems. Pursue things at the highest quality. Move at the fastest pace.
  • Take ownership
Act like a founder. Own your roles, destinies, mistakes, behavior, and our mission. The buck stops with each of us - no blaming or excuses.
  • Say what’s on your mind, with positive intent
Be direct, proactive, transparent, and frequent in your communication.
  • Default trust
As a Nexer, you do not have to earn trust, trust is given to you by default. If we by default trust each other, our speed of communication, feedback, information sharing, and overall improvements will be a lot faster.
  • Think in first principles
We first identify the problem and then break it down to its fundamentals before diving into solutions. We constantly ask “why” to validate our assumptions.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We provide reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities to participate in the application or interview process. Contact [email protected] to request assistance.
