This role creates and curates the learning content, sales resources, and go-to-market assets that help partners build expertise, adopt new capabilities, and effectively engage their clients.
Working closely with the Partner Enablement Program Manager, this role develops enablement experiences to help partners stay current on Relativity’s products, partner program, and go-to-market best practices. From partner onboarding and product launches to ongoing learning journeys, this role ensures partners have the tools to confidently position, sell, and support Relativity's solutions.

Job Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop partner enablement courses, learning journeys, and go-to-market content that equip partners to effectively sell and support Relativity's solutions.

  • Create and maintain partner-facing content across key platforms, including the Partner Portal and Partner Learning Journey, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, and up to date.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance go-to-market enablement resources — including sales collateral, co-brandable assets, and best practices — ensuring partners always have access to the most current materials.

  • Manage the Partner Portal asset library, maintaining a well-organized and governed content experience for partners.

  • Plan and execute enablement content development for partner onboarding programs, product launches, and ongoing enablement initiatives.

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance across all partner-facing content and platforms.

  • Use partner feedback and engagement data to continuously improve learning content and experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in an enablement, training, learning design, or content development role.

  • Proven experience designing and building scalable learning content and go-to-market enablement resources for external audiences.

  • Proven ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects, from initial concept through launch and ongoing optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe, as well as enablement platforms including an LMS, PRM, or similar.

  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deep expertise in modern instructional design and content development, with a proven ability to build best-in-class, scalable learning experiences for go-to-market teams and external audiences.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts and work cross-functionally with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop compelling content.

  • Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams — including Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success — to translate complex information into clear, partner-facing content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within or alongside a channel or partner organization, with a strong understanding of how partners go to market and what they need to succeed.

  • Familiarity with channel sales motions and partner go-to-market strategies, with the ability to develop enablement content that reflects how partners engage and sell to their end clients.

  • Familiarity with data and analytics tools to measure content engagement and learning effectiveness, using insights to continuously optimize the enablement experience

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
