Owner of inbound demand generation and marketing-led outbound for two legaltech products. Build and run demand strategy, manage paid search/social, own Webflow and HubSpot, drive SEO/AEO content, run email/lifecycle programs, maintain attribution connecting BigQuery/Looker/GA4 to revenue, and build AI-driven marketing automations. Advise leadership and oversee contractors to hit trials, demos, and pipeline goals.

Design, build, and operate AI-driven, cloud-native distributed systems for high-volume document ingestion and search. Build Elasticsearch ingestion pipelines, message-based consumer services, containerized solutions on Azure/AWS using Docker and Kubernetes, improve reliability and observability, and contribute via code reviews, automated testing, and cross-team collaboration.

The Senior Technical Analyst collaborates with stakeholders and engineers to document requirements, ensure quality, and support SDLC activities, while being a trusted advisor on solution design and process impacts.

Prepare accurate customer invoices and process contracts across SaaS, license, and services billing models; execute billing cycles; resolve billing tickets; manage key accounts; maintain SOPs and onboarding; drive process improvements and automation; partner with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Legal; support audits and billing-related projects.

Provide senior legal counsel on commercial technology transactions including SaaS, software, cloud, AI-enabled and data processing agreements; draft, review, and negotiate contracts; advise cross-functional stakeholders; streamline contracting processes and pricing governance; use legal tech and AI tools to increase efficiency; engage customers and support strategic initiatives.

Design and operate secure authentication and identity services, manage integrations with identity providers, and ensure high availability and system observability.

Lead complex employee relations investigations and high-risk performance cases end-to-end; advise managers and Sr. HRBPs on disciplinary and performance processes; ensure legal compliance, rigorous documentation, and consistent global policy application; analyze ER trends and build enablement tools and playbooks.
