Teams at Relativity

Lead end-to-end product design for AI-powered legal data intelligence workflows, including discovery, case strategy, transcript analysis, document review, and knowledge management. Partner with product, engineering, research, and applied science teams; create prototypes and design specifications; evolve the RUI design system; and build accessible, production-ready front-end code using AI-assisted development. Engage customers and stakeholders through demos, research sessions, and occasional travel.

Supports education program delivery through workspace creation, scheduling, LMS administration, candidate attempt review, customer inquiries, contracts, and program logistics. Creates SOPs, facilitates upskilling sessions, tracks timelines and action items, communicates updates, and partners with stakeholders. Drives process improvements, automation, and AI innovations to reduce manual work and scale education operations.

Advise lawyers and legal organizations on adopting Relativity’s AI platform and integrating generative AI into litigation, investigations, discovery, privilege review, and compliance workflows. Build customer relationships, support pre-sales demonstrations, lead onboarding and training, drive post-sales adoption, translate legal needs into product feedback, and guide workflow transformation. The role requires a practicing or former attorney who can bridge legal practice, customer engagement, and AI technology.
