Responsibilities
- Leading strategic partnerships and channel sales to expand BizLibrary's SaaS footprint in the L&D space.
- Building alliances with resellers and referral partners to drive top-of-funnel pipeline.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance partner onboarding and co-selling initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in partnership retention and growth, business development, or channel sales within HCM, payroll, or LMS sectors.
- Strategic sales proficiency with a strong grasp of partner dynamics.
- Proven success building long-term, impactful, measurable relationships.
- Excellent communicator and presenter with influence at all levels.
- Self-driven and effective in a remote, fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
