In this role, you will gain exposure across BCM One's solutions and partner ecosystem while building the skills to take your channel career further.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as a trusted BCM One resource within the Bridgepointe ecosystem, building strategic relationships with sellers and key stakeholders while developing a clear plan for engagement and growth.
  • Build awareness with our strategic partners to keep BCM One top of mind through regular conversations, presentations, training, product updates, and in person meetings that help partners understand where our solutions can add value.
  • Engage sellers early, identify and qualify opportunities, and connect the right opportunities with our National Account Executives and internal experts to move them forward.
  • Leverage CRM and partner activity data to understand performance, prioritize relationships and opportunities, forecast effectively, and focus your time where you can have the greatest impact.
  • Help partners navigate channel conflicts, service concerns, and business challenges by bringing together the right resources across Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and other BCM One teams.
  • Take ownership of your partner strategy, continually refine your approach based on results, and turn stronger engagement into sustainable year over year revenue growth.

What You Will Need:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in partner development, channel account management, business development, sales, account management, or a similar customer facing role.
  • Telecom channel experience and an understanding of how partners, sellers, and sales teams work together to create opportunities.
  • Experience working with Bridgepointe, including familiarity with their structure, seller ecosystem, or selling approach.
  • Experience with enterprise voice and telephony solutions, such as SIP, PSTN, unified communications, or related telecom services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, whether you are connecting one on one with a seller or presenting information to a larger group.
  • Good judgment and critical thinking. You can assess an opportunity, make decisions, and know when it is time to bring other people into the conversation.

Compensation:
