Job Summary: Frame Security is looking for a Partner Development Manager - MSP to recruit, launch, and grow a portfolio of MSP partners.

This is not a traditional account management role. You'll own the full partner lifecycle, from prospecting and closing new MSPs to helping them launch, grow their customer base, and renew.

You'll manage a higher-volume portfolio of emerging and growth MSPs, combining proactive selling with structured partner management to help partners turn Frame into a successful recurring security service.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Acquisition

  • Prospect, recruit, and close new MSP partners
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified MSP opportunities
  • Lead discovery, demos, pricing, and commercial conversations
  • Deliver against partner acquisition and revenue targets

Partner Launch & Enablement

  • Own new partners from signed agreement through successful launch
  • Help MSPs understand how to position, package, and sell Frame
  • Drive partners toward their first customer deployments and revenue
  • Connect partners with the right enablement and technical resources

Partner Growth

  • Own revenue, retention, and expansion across your MSP portfolio
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer adoption and consumption
  • Run regular partner calls focused on pipeline, performance, and next steps
  • Identify partners with high growth potential and build plans to accelerate them

Build & Scale

  • Surface partner feedback, trends, and friction points to the broader Frame team
  • Use repeatable processes and data to efficiently manage a growing partner portfolio
  • Help improve the tools, processes, and playbooks used to support MSPs at scale
  • Operate with urgency, curiosity, and ownership in a fast-moving environment

Success Metrics:

  • Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • % of Quota Attainment
  • MSP Partner Activation
  • Partner enablement
  • Partner Retention
  • Expansion - Net new customer logos
Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, channel, partnerships, or cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and drive revenue
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple partner relationships and priorities simultaneously
  • Commercial mindset with a desire to understand how partners make money
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working toward measurable targets
  • Excited to learn the MSP ecosystem and grow into increasingly strategic partner ownership
  • Previous MSP, channel, or cybersecurity experience is preferred, but we're equally interested in strong sellers who understand recurring revenue and want to build a career in partnerships.

Benefits:

  • Medical, dental and vision insurance.
  • Monthly connectivity reimbursement.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan.

Why frame:

  • High Impact: Build and own processes from start to finish that directly impact our product and customers, affecting millions of people.
  • Early-Stage Advantage: Join at the ground floor of a category-defining company. The decisions you make today will shape how the world thinks about Human Security tomorrow.
  • Built to Win: Frame is backed by world-class investors, operating in a market undergoing a fundamental shift, and has the right team and product.

So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
