Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

  • Experience owning partner relationships, channel or distribution initiatives, and cross-functional commercial programs from planning through execution
  • Experience leading commercial discussions or negotiations using established deal strategies and frameworks, with sound judgment about trade-offs and when to escalate
  • Experience working in a product-centric environment with meaningful internal and external dependencies. Payments, payment-method, wallet, BNPL, or financial-services experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and operational skills, including the ability to define goals and metrics, manage multiple workstreams, maintain tight processes, and use performance insights to improve execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence internal and external stakeholders across a broad range of functions
  • High agency and comfort operating in ambiguity, paired with the judgment to seek input, build alignment, and escalate when appropriate
