Compensation: $93,750 - $130,000 Plus Full Benefits Day One

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing Legal team. In this role, you will support a wide range of legal and compliance matters, including contract management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general legal operations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure the company’s legal affairs are managed efficiently and effectively.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing Legal team. In this role, you will support a wide range of legal and compliance matters, including contract management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general legal operations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure the company’s legal affairs are managed efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct legal research and support the drafting, review, and management of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and company policies.
- Maintain and organize legal files, databases, and document management systems to ensure easy access and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
- Coordinate with outside counsel, internal teams, and external stakeholders to track and complete legal projects on time.
- Conduct due diligence and assist with regulatory and compliance initiatives.
- Support corporate governance activities, including maintaining corporate records and preparing board and shareholder materials.
- Help ensure compliance with privacy, data protection, and other applicable laws.
- Provide support for dispute resolution and litigation matters.
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments, sharing key updates with the Legal team.
- Monitor and triage the Legal inbox, responding and escalating matters as appropriate.
- Manage and respond to company inquiries and complaints submitted through the Better Business Bureau or similar channels.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and legal documents.
- Strong attention to detail in proofreading and document consistency (grammar, structure, and accuracy).
- Ability to produce and maintain templates, corporate policies, and standardized agreements.
- Collaborative mindset—able to partner with legal and cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives.
- Comfort supporting standard corporate agreements, including NDAs, marketing, and independent contractor agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, ideally within a corporate legal department or law firm supporting corporate clients.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with contract management systems and corporate governance processes.
- Familiarity with privacy and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
