The Paid Meta Ads Creative Specialist will create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with teams to optimize campaigns.
We are looking for a Meta Ads Creative Specialist to join our dynamic team at Maxana. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-performing creative solutions for Meta advertising campaigns that drive engagement and conversions for our HealthTech client.
As a specialist with deep knowledge of Meta's ad platform, you will collaborate closely with the creative director to conceptualize and produce innovative ad creatives that resonate with our target audience. You will leverage data insights to optimize creative assets continually and ensure that our campaigns deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Create compelling ad creatives for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that effectively communicate our client's value proposition
- Creating high-performing, scalable ads, both static and animated (GIFs), and understands how to combine performance-driven strategy with strong visual craft.statics and animated GIFS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and requirements for targeting and messaging
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to refine creative strategies
- Stay up-to-date with Meta’s advertising policies and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creative assets
- Assist in visual storytelling that enhances user experience and increases audience engagement
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in advertising creative, specifically for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
- Hands-on experience creating high-performing, scalable ads, both static and animated (GIFs), and understands how to combine performance-driven strategy with strong visual craft.
- Proven track record of producing high-performing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversion
- Portfolio shows proven results and premium design sensibility— ads that not only convert but also elevate the brand through thoughtful layout, typography, and aesthetics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with Figma
- Strong understanding of Meta’s ad formats, including image, video, carousel, and collection ads
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust creative strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work within multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working within the health or wellness industry
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and experience utilizing them to inform creative decisions
- Knowledge of emerging trends in digital advertising and social media marketing
