OVERVIEW:
SharkNinja continues to grow rapidly in North America, and this role will be critical in driving our ambitious revenue and efficiency goals in 2026 and beyond. As Paid Media Manager, you will own the paid media strategy across Paid Social and PPC channels, leading a high-performing team and ensuring a best-in-class, data-driven approach across all platforms.
This is a performance-led role with a strong commercial focus. You will be responsible for identifying where to invest the next best dollar, proving efficiency through robust measurement, and continuously challenging "what good looks like" to unlock incremental growth for our DTC business across the Shark and Ninja brands.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Performance Ownership:
  • Define and own the paid media strategy for North America across Paid Social (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, TikTok Shop, Meta Shop) and PPC (Search, Shopping, Display/Programmatic & YouTube).
  • Set channel- and category-level strategies aligned to revenue, ROAS, and cost efficiency targets.
  • Accountable for key paid media performance metrics versus forecast, with a focus on Revenue, ROAS, and Cost%.
  • Establish Paid Social and Display as scalable acquisition channels and grow their share of revenue mix.

Execution & Optimization:
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and platform hygiene to ensure a best-in-class approach across all paid media channels.
  • Ensure the team applies a rigorous, data-driven methodology to testing, automation, audience activation, and efficiency improvements.
  • Analyze and manipulate performance data to identify optimization opportunities, growth levers, and risks.
  • Identify, test, and scale new opportunities across platforms, formats, audiences, and creative, applying learnings into BAU activity.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity and evolving platform capabilities.

Measurement, Reporting & Innovation:
  • Partner closely with the marketing measurement team to evolve tracking and attribution strategies in response to privacy, cookie loss, and platform changes.
  • Define and execute a first-party data acquisition and activation strategy to improve targeting and performance.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights on daily, weekly, and monthly performance versus KPIs and forecasts.
  • Regularly present performance, strategy, and growth opportunities to senior stakeholders.
  • Continuously challenge assumptions using data, testing, and experimentation to drive innovation and long-term growth.

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire the Paid Media team, fostering a culture of high performance, development, and learning.
  • Identify skill and knowledge gaps and ensure training, upskilling, and career development plans are in place.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and agency/tech partners, developing joint roadmaps to hit targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, DTC/Ecommerce, Marketing, Commercial Finance, Trading, Conversion, Organic Social, and Influencer teams to drive holistic growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and platform developments, sharing knowledge and best practices with the wider team.

About You
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience across Paid Media, including Paid Social and PPC (Google & Meta essential).
  • 3+ years' experience managing and developing a successful, high-performing team.
  • Proven experience owning and optimizing large budgets (e.g., $1M+/month).
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear focus on revenue growth and efficiency.
  • Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills with a deep understanding of measurement and attribution.
  • Experience working in an eCommerce/DTC environment is essential.
  • A motivated self-starter who is ambitious, curious, and passionate about testing new ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker/Data Studio, SA360, and platform certifications (Google Ads/Bing) are advantageous.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range
$75,000-$135,000 USD
