This is a remote position.
Build, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns primarily across Meta and YouTube, with TikTok as a plus.
Collaborate with content creators and editors to launch effective ad campaigns using provided media assets.
Troubleshoot ad issues such as rejections, disapprovals, or tracking errors to ensure campaigns stay live and effective.
Analyze and maximize ad spend performance to achieve the highest return on investment.
Work independently to identify performance trends and apply creative solutions to scale results.
Communicate with the team through Discord and Telegram to coordinate daily campaign management and updates.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist, preferably in affiliate marketing.
Strong hands-on experience managing large ad budgets across Meta and YouTube.
Familiarity and comfort with non-traditional or “greyhat” marketing approaches.
Results-driven mindset, with a focus on testing, scaling, and adapting campaigns quickly.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges under pressure.
English proficiency for effective communication within an international team.
At least 2 years of experience managing paid ads for high-volume campaigns.
Ability to adapt quickly to platform updates and ad policy changes.
Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
Creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Strong analytical and numerical skills for assessing performance data.
