The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the account management team through managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients or customers while also seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. This role will contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue through effective sales strategies. As a member of the Emerging Markets portfolio this opportunity comes with the chance to experience the newest technologies being introduced into the ZoomInfo offerings. Candidates are expected to bring "start-up" energy and an enthusiasm for new endeavors complete with the patience necessary to create scalable infrastructure and open communication that drives revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate potential customer meetings and augment SDR activities and create an outbound motion at launch.
  • Develop and nurture prospect pipeline, utilizing high level of lead generation activities.
  • Focus on representing the voice of the customer by working cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, professional services, product management and other key internal stakeholders.
  • Become an expert in ZoomInfo’s full suite of products and leverage that knowledge to establish strategic prospecting.
  • Commit to achieving revenue quota that is directly associated with generating new business based on leads provided by the SDR team. 
  • Assist in all customer requests during the pre-sale process, from demos, legal questions, security review, and other customer needs. 
  • Generate accurate forecasts and pipelines utilizing Salesforce software. 
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. 

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of successful and proven quota attainment – preferably a record of exceeding quota consistently
  • Experience selling into Marketing personas and C-suite executives
  • Successful demonstration of maintaining and delivering against a quota environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment, working closely with Account Managers, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Consultants to drive co-selling initiatives and deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities quickly and build impactful relationships
  • General understanding of how and when to deliver a compelling message
  • Success with transactional and enterprise solution selling
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy, and a “can do” attitude, balancing multiple tasks

Working Conditions

Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
