HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor – Boston, MA

You know HVAC. You know how to sell. And you know the difference between “selling” and actually helping a homeowner make the right decision. Sound like you? Keep reading.

Sila Services is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales/Comfort Advisor who can walk into a home, connect with the customer, understand what they need, and put together the right solution.

We’ll bring you the opportunities — you bring the HVAC knowledge, personality, and ability to close!

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll meet with homeowners, evaluate their heating and cooling needs, and sell complete HVAC solutions including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central AC, mini splits, and more.

You’ll build options that make sense for the customer, explain the differences in a way they can actually understand, and help them feel confident about their decision.

You’ll also manage your opportunities and follow-ups in ServiceTitan and work closely with our install and operations teams to make sure what you sell turns into a great customer experience.

We’d Love to Talk to You If You...

Have HVAC or home services sales experience, understand residential HVAC equipment, and have a track record of closing high-ticket in-home sales.

You should be comfortable with good/better/best options, financing conversations, follow-up, and selling complete system replacements. ServiceTitan experience is a big plus.

Most importantly, you need to like people, like selling, and like winning.

Why Sila?

Because great salespeople should have the opportunity to sell, earn, and grow.

Sila is growing, we have a strong team behind you, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth.

If you can build trust at the kitchen table, know your way around an HVAC system, and love the feeling of closing a great sale — we want to meet you.
