Order Entry Specialist

This position is responsible for handling all Order Entry and Order Management tasks. Order management, EDI and processing transactions between company, customers and suppliers. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot technical issues by applying analytical thinking and knowledge. This position will also be a critical support function to the DC & Logistics teams.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform Data Entry and Order Management tasks 
• Run and archive daily data management reconciliation reports 
• Review reports for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate responses to inquiries on submitted information 
• Complete ad hoc support requests 
• Monitor and maintain system inputs such as customer information, order quantities, ship windows and more related fields
• Perform reconciliation on missing fields and can gather necessary data needed to ensure completeness of tasks
• Monitor inbound and outbound electronic documents and provide tracking information
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, have a sense of urgency and hit deadlines
• Accepts and provides constructive coaching and feedback 
• Creates and maintains clean and organized database
• Performs other duties and tasks as needed upon request by management

• 1+ years' experience in Order Management, EDI and or similar field
• GED, High School Diploma 
• Microsoft Excel & Word required
• NetSuite preferred
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate both verbally and written
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends if needed 
• Proficient knowledge of dept. programs, applications and computer operating systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, Smart tools)

Physical demands

 Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting hourly rate for this position in the selected city is $20.00-$24.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
