Job Title: Oracle Cloud System Administrator
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to manage and support our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment, including ERP, SCM, PaaS extensions, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will also have strong hands-on experience with Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Oracle Risk Management Cloud, and Advanced Access Controls (AAC) to support user access reviews and compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, SCM) environments, including user provisioning, monitoring, and issue resolution.

• Manage OCI resources (compute, storage, networking) and PaaS environments used for Fusion customizations and extensions.

• Maintain IDCS configurations, roles, and policies across SaaS and PaaS integrations.

• Monitor and enforce security, access, and segregation of duties using Oracle Risk Management Cloud and Advanced Access Controls (AAC).

• Execute and document User Access Reviews (UARs) to meet internal control and SOX compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with functional, development, and security teams to support change management and incident resolution.

• Implement best practices for system performance, backup, and availability.

• Stay current on Oracle updates, patches, and new feature releases.

• Manage and assign user roles to optimize license usage while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP and SCM).

• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).

• 2+ years of experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud, particularly Advanced Access Controls.

• Demonstrated experience performing and supporting User Access Reviews (UARs).

• Familiarity with SOX and ITGC requirements for cloud ERP environments.

• Proficient in tools like Oracle Cloud Console, Fusion Security Console, and Audit Reporting.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functional teams

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
