Reporting to the Director of Operations, Operations Manager is a proactive and confident leader responsible for driving the execution of client programs across live, production, and virtual event experiences. You excel at translating ideas into action – balancing operational excellence, financial accuracy, and team collaboration to deliver exceptional client outcomes. In this role, you will serve as a project estimator, building accurate and strategic budgets that support revenue growth and profitability targets. You are financially savvy, detail oriented, and capable of analyzing margin, resources, expenses, and project requirements to guide smart operational outcomes. You are a collaborative and team-oriented communicator focused on building trusting relationships with the Sales, Account, Creative, and Solutions teams to understand all proposal and project requirements including time, production, and expenses to build accurate project budgets that ensure revenue growth and profitability targets are met. As a logistics lead, you will lead the charge in owning schedules, project implementation, and freelance labor staffing to ensure flawless delivery of projects. As a process champion, you ensure adherence to cramer process, client, and quality standards. You thrive in a fast paced, high-volume environment, remaining calm and adaptable amid rapid change. You bring enthusiasm, critical thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a people first approach that supports both business and team success.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Budget and scope projects for Event, Virtual Event, Production and Activations  
  • Strategic decision-making ability around budgets and solutions that balance organizational capacity with business growth, profitability, and margin goals  
  • Develop a deep understanding and anticipate all project requirements and expenses  
  • Familiarity with Audio Visual, Event, and Production terminology and equipment 
  • Ensure project detail alignment across account, producer, creative, and technical teams  
  • Effectively own communication and project assumptions across teams.  
  • Ensure financial accuracy across all our systems  
  • Manage project execution calendars and operational tools 
  • Coordinate logistics with projects teams around live and virtual event programs  
  • Own Crew and staffing of event and virtual event projects to ensure all positions are covered  
  • Negotiation experience with freelance and vendors 
  • Own freelance and vendor invoices accuracy  
  • Assist the project financial audit, reconciliation, and billing including time and expense analysis  
  • Recommend and implement new processes to improve efficiency

Salary Range: $65-85K
