• Organized. From ordering office supplies to ensuring action-ready conference rooms; and from planning free lunch Fridays to delivering an occasional office tour, you are an absolute master at multitasking and grabbing a shovel.

SO THAT YOU CAN TACKLE THIS…

• Get the party started! You’ll help organize office celebrations.
• Tackle everything but the kitchen sink! From restocking beer and snacks, to making coffee, and managing fridge clean outs, you’ll create an awesome kitchen experience for the masses. You’ll maintain safe and clean office common areas that make employees proud to work here! This includes tidying the kitchen and conference rooms, running the dishwasher, handling shipping and deliveries. Like we said, everything but the kitchen sink.
• Help craft our evolving seating plan including ordering desks and managing desk movement as we continue to grow.
• Manage relationships with vendors and building management to ensure office equipment and facilities are serviced and working.
• Create a kick-ass remote employee experience. Yep, you’ll have the opportunity to drive our remote workforce’s involvement and inclusion in culture building activities; and plan workspace when they’re visiting our Boston office.
• And… drumroll please… partner with the People team by assisting on additional projects as needed. We’re a fun bunch, can laugh at ourselves (if LOLing was a sport, we’d win), and are chock full of passion when it comes to all things People.
