How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

We are highly motivated people tackling one of the hardest problems in healthcare. When we are in the office, we dare mighty things. But we also treasure our lives outside the office. Whether that means being able to work from home when a kid is sick, leave early to catch a game or just hang out with friends, we make sure we all find that balance.

Bobby

Chief Administrative Officer

How does the company support your career growth?

Working in lean teams allows employees to step up and take on new responsibilities. I’ve learned about different parts of the business through a wide variety of projects. High exposure to senior management encourages career growth through formal and informal interactions.

Shane

What is your vision for the company?

Cricket Health combines the best of what seasoned clinicians can do with smart technology to provide the best care possible for patients with chronic kidney disease, no matter the obstacles. It's tech that augments the human connection, not try to replace it.
