Role: 

Quickbase is looking for an inspiring and collaborative Digital Experience leader to develop and drive our digital identity, creative voice and web experience across every step of our digital customer journey. The right candidate has creative skills and deep experience building memorable digital identities and high converting websites. We are looking for someone who can help shape the future of our most important digital asset, quickbase.com and roll that vision to different digital properties across the Quickbase ecosystem. This position sits in our Marketing team in the Demand Center. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Digital Experience Strategy - Deliver a world-class digital experience by defining the vision, strategy and execution plan for the Quickbase web properties.

  • Leadership - Inspire and motivate a cross functional team of developers, digital designers, content experts and product owners.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization - Run creative experiments to enhance and improve our digital presence. Lead testing initiatives across the buyer journey for Quickbase web properties to maximize lifetime value.

  • Creative - Create imaginative and effective campaign concepts that add a multiplier on demand-gen investments. 

  • Data driven decision making - Analyze web data for trends, highlights, and lowlights to provide insights and recommendations to your team and others.

 

In this role: 

  • You will be analytical, creative, and enjoy building digital experiences 

  • You have 5+ years' experience in digital/web marketing, digital design or related field

  • You are a proven leader with experience managing direct and indirect creative teams 

  • You will have a proven track record of delivering customer-focused, world-class digital experiences

 

Ideally, you will have: 

  • Experience working with Agile or similarly iterative delivery teams 

  • You are experienced in web marketing, UX design and UI
