Software Subscription Renewal Specialist:

We’re expanding our team of driven, focused; organized people who want to make a meaningful impact on the success of world-class database management organizations. While customers realize value at different stages in their journey with us, the renewal serves as an incredibly important milestone to work towards, celebrate, and reflect on the past while also planning for the future. 

We are seeking:

A Software Subscription Renewal Specialist who is detail oriented and possesses strong multi-tasking skills that can help drive customer retention. 2-5 years sales experience is preferred. 

Proven success with customers and multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Finance team) to ensure that value is realized for the customer, and commercial objectives are aligned with the growth of our business. 

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Responsible for all assigned software subscription renewals, which will include partnering with customers and internal team players to ensure timely and accurate execution. 

Ownership of contract processes along with customer communications including; co-terming, upselling and related subscription renewals. 

Partnering with internal team players on all upsell opportunities. 

Enlist the efforts of account executives, sales managers, legal and finance when necessary to accommodate the contract renewal process and ensure customer satisfaction. 

Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers. 

Communicate and effectively partner with Finance and Sales Management regarding forecasting, pricing, and completing transactions. 

Qualifications: 

10 years of sales experience (software and/or subscriptions a plus) 

Presentation/Communication abilities at executive levels 

Contract negotiations 

Performance oriented (has consistently met/exceeded a renewal and/or sales quota)

Expert organizational skills - ability to track and fulfill renewals

Prioritization - Proven ability to allocate time to highest impact areas

We're in Bedford - a great commuter location if you're living in the 'burbs' but also reachable for those that prefer the city life in Boston. We have many remote teammates, so really, your neighborhood is our neighborhood.
