Devo is seeking a highly motivated, inherently curious, results oriented individual to join our dynamic pre-sales team. You will be the focus of our RFP/RFI management initiatives, and ensure that our customers are getting information in a timely and accurate manner as well assisting the team with technical writing.
Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of RFP projects, entailing; kick-off meetings, document reviews, coordination, completion, and submission of responses to the Sales team within specified timescales.
  • Ensuring that updated and new information is fed back into the RFP Management tool (Loopio)
  • Actively liaise with subject matter experts from around the business to produce new content around new functions in our product and service offering, and refreshing existing content to ensure it remains up-to-date
  • Identify and highlight RFP trends to Bid Manager to ensure that we are only responding to ‘best fit’ opportunities (insights from RFP document reviews & kick-off meetings).
  • Ensure all RFP Team outputs are correctly branded and marketing guidelines are followed in all RFP responses and materials.
  • Manage and maintain the team’s appendices attachments, conducting regular reviews to ensure that we are using the most up-to-date information in our submissions.
  • Attend regular department meetings to keep up to date with new developments in our service and product offering.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest updates and product advancements with our RFP Management Software (Loopio)
  • Monitor and feedback on Loopio functionality, raising any inconsistencies or problem areas with the Bid Manager and Loopio Account Manager.
  • Identify and manage internal SMEs to expedite and refine responses to complex questions involving technology, regulations, compliance, analytics, service, etc. and keep Loopio SME list up-to-date.
  • Perform Technical Writing tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience with RFPs is required
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Very strong Microsoft Office skills (Publisher, Excel, Word, Outlook) is required
  • Government contract experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with key sales and marketing systems such as CRMs and content databases
  • PMP Preferred
  • High-level of organization is required
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are required
  • Strong attention to detail is required
