CrunchTime Implementation Specialists are customer centric, CrunchTime knowledgeable, restaurant operations experts. They can model any type of restaurant organization into CrunchTime, and extract critical operational data from the platform. They guide customers in their adoption of the CrunchTime platform by listening for how customers run their restaurants and educating them on ways to leverage CrunchTime for that purpose. Implementation specialists are highly organized, detailed, motivated, and ambitious individuals who leave successful customers in their wake.

*This position offers 100% remote flexibility. 

Responsibilities:

As part of the Client Services Team, Implementation Specialists are responsible for helping our world-class customers in the restaurant and hospitality industries gain value quickly and efficiently with their CrunchTime investment. They execute the following behaviors and tasks:

  • They consult, educate, train and challenge our customers as they adopt CrunchTime into their culture.
  • Implementation Specialists explain not only how CrunchTime works but also why the CrunchTime process is essential to improve restaurant operations.
  • They lead the customer to success, not follow them into old habits with new software.
  • They can listen to a customer describe their business, and relate it to how that process is supported by CrunchTime.
  • Implementation specialists within a deployment team, and can work in multiple project teams simultaneously.
  • This is a vital role within our organization – a customer’s first 4 months will be spent working with the implementation team, and that experience will set the tone for the relationship.
  • Deploying value to our customers quickly is critical to our success, so you should be able to effectively multi-task in order to meet tight deadlines. Our customers are located all over the world and candidates must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally.


Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree. Liberal arts or business degree preferred.
  • Experience working in the restaurant, cruise, or hospitality industries. General or District managers preferred.
  • Critical thinking required. Follow the design, but improve it every time.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience are required
  • Professional customer service and presentation skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems is desired
  • Ability to train / teach disparate users
  • General understanding of web technologies and relational databases (Oracle)
  • Project management skills
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations
