Head of Brand Creative at ASICS Digital
- Partner with Global Marketing and executive leadership to drive omnichannel creative direction for the global ASICS brand and business.
- Establish and continuously optimize operations between ASICS HQ, Global Marketing, and ASICS Digital divisions to achieve maximum impact against campaign priorities.
- Develop, maintain and grow global and regional leadership relationships.
- Collaborate with other department leads to ensure seamless processes to create exceptional creative work and to ensure brand consistency across many outputs.
- Guide, mentor, enable and inspire a growing team of creative directors, copywriters, designers creative project managers, and localization managers.
- Set compelling strategic priorities and clear direction for the creative team success.
- Manage and partner with the Creative Director, PMO lead, and Localization lead in advancing key deliverables and provide support to clear the way for the team to do innovative creative work.
- Identify new opportunities and partner with the Creative Director, ACD (Copy) and ACD (Design) to pitch and win creative work.
- Manage and lead multiple creative teams while also driving the creative discipline across the company.
- Work with the recruitment and creative teams to attract and recruit top-tier creative, project management, and localization talent and ensure your team is being allocated properly.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and wins for creative growth and bringing work inhouse.
- Continuously drive creative and operational excellence across the team, optimizing ways of working and strategic alignment to maximize the business value of all creative deliverables.
- Consistently demonstrate your expertise in global data-driven creative and operational leadership.
- A long and proven track record of progressively responsible design experience in an in-house or external agency environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-channel creative spanning digital and retail
- Proven track record in creative, project management and localization people management.
- Exemplary collaboration skills and a demonstrated ability to lead by example with stakeholders of all experience levels, from junior marketers to the C suite senior leadership.
- Experience bringing creative in-house from agencies and structuring teams to ensure success.
- Manage many priorities, demonstrate strong judgement and attention to detail, take ownership and be a team player, with the ability to work within a complex global organization.
- Work seamlessly with agencies, global marketing and regional marketing teams.
- Proactively share learnings with relevant stakeholders for continued improvement.
- A flexible, anything-is-possible attitude—you see challenges as opportunities and know how to sell ideas through with positivity and poise.
- Strong presentation chops—you know how to sell your work and influence stakeholders.

- Experience at a fitness, retail or digital e-commerce brand a plus.
- Experience with Workfront or other project management tools a plus.
- Experience with global teams, ideally teams in Japan.
