At Drift we are in hypergrowth stage and in order to keep moving at this pace, we’re looking for someone to support our two co-founders and assist them in their day to day activities. What you’ll be doing on the Experience team at Drift:

  • Day to day support of CEO and Drift’s co-founder/CTO
  • Manage daily schedules of the CEO & CTO; extensive calendar management, understand and manage meetings based on business priorities, and rearrange meetings as needed while keeping key stakeholders informed of changes
  • Planning and arranging travel itineraries (both domestic and international); this will include flights, hotel, transportation, reservations, and offsite meetings
  • Drafting official correspondence on behalf of the CEO and CTO
  • Schedule and organize quarterly board meetings
  • Schedule and organize quarterly Senior Team offsites
  • Send out gifts and other asks on their behalf
  • Consult with leadership as needed to solicit information, provide critical updates and to coordinate information and priorities.
  • Independently perform special projects that require a combined knowledge of administrative needs, creativity, and specific project based knowledge; select appropriate resources and analyze data as required i.e. budget projects, event planning, etc.; develop recommendations for executive approval and project manage through completion.
  • Act as backup support for the receptionist
  • Assist the Manager of Drift Experience with event preparation and execution
  • Respond to personal asks on a minimal basis (5% or less)
