We are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This is a remote position (within the US). 


This person should be extremely detail-oriented and have top-notch organizational skills as there is never a dull moment with lots to get done! As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in being the glue that sets our executives and team members up for success. The perfect fit is someone who has excellent attention to detail and an ability to communicate professionally in both a written and verbal sense to internal/external stakeholders, particularly regarding highly confidential or sensitive matters. 

What you'll do:

  • Own scheduling and coordinating multiple calendars
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodations when needed for our executive team 
  • Manage confidential or sensitive details and information surrounding the company or employees
  • Review and submit company expense reports, help with invoice tracking and payment, and assist with ordering office supplies and additional perks like food 

What we need:

  • 1-3 years experience in an Executive Assistant function, ideally at a high-growth start-up
  • Comfort working with C-level executives both internally and externally 
  • A hunger to learn and proactively take on new responsibilities 
  • The ability to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • A passion for event planning and desire to be a key part of Vendr’s corporate culture
