We are looking for a leader who will be in charge of developing leaders, anticipating growth and training needs and enabling the organization to reach its maximum organizational health.

The Job:
- Oversee and management of Human Resources and People Operations departments
- Take charge of organizational design, executive coaching, and the implementation of learning and developmental programs
- Establish and track department metrics to calibrate company performance
- Develop short and long-term plans and budgets based upon broad organizational goals
- Work closely with the company’s CFO to understand the company’s financial position at all times to determine how best to use the company's resources
- Direct the development and installation of procedures to promote communication and efficient information flow
- Establish and execute operating policies consistent with company objectives

- Efficiently organize resources (facilities and people)
- Understand the financial landscape
- Take pleasure in negotiating, and thrive in data analysis and reducing cost
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic mindset, but ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in if needed
- Want to be at the forefront of the next industrial revolution
Bonus Skills:
- Personal use of digital fabrication, 3D design, CAD or other relevant tools
- Engineering, design or other similar education or professional experience
