The Director, Global Services Operations will be responsible for building the Services Operations organization, will have the responsibility of the Quote-to-cash process and to build business visibility and reporting. 

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Translate the Global Customer Success and Services organization’s vision and ongoing daily operations into globally consistent and measurable objectives, metrics and dashboards. These elements will define and measure the business and engagement success of the Services programs
  • Develop and own processes to identify service leads, build and deliver SoW, initiate and maintain projects in our PS Automation Tool and other elements of the day-to-day operational management
  • Maintain and evolve our customer’s community and support portal
  • Report on financial performance
  • Own and participate in long-term projects aimed at improving internal efficiency
  • Identify current tool set gaps and drive any new tool identification and implementation plans
  • Build a strong internal network to  drive effective change

You Should Have

  • 5-10+ years of related professional experience in a services organization
  • Ability to translate strategies into measurable business objectives
  • Good Salesforce experience and skills
  • Fanatical attention to detail and documentation
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to the use of new tools
