Customer Support Specialist - Full-Time

| Greater Boston Area

PlacePass’s exceptional Customer Success team helps make customers' trips seamless and memorable by providing exceptional support through phone, email, and chat.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a frontline communicator to help customers purchase incredible activities around the world, modify bookings, manage cancellations and complaints, and mediate reviews
  • Gain proficiency in PlacePass’s suite of customer support software tools
  • Route important customer feedback internally to members of the Business and Product teams

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years  of customer support experience 
  • Able to work weekends as part of a flexible weekly schedule
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritization skills when balancing internal and external demands
  • Comfort in handling challenging situations over the phone
  • Experience using ZenDesk
  • Passion for travel and startup culture
